Gold Canyon
Superstition Views is an up coming project that consists of a 25 acre site becoming a 172 lot RV Resort in Gold Canyon. Nickle Contracting has been part of the project from the design phase to construction phase. Nickle is the Construction Manager and Contractor for the project. Work to be preformed consists of earthwork, utilities, perimeter walls, four miles of paved roads, landscaping of common areas, parkway construction, and various other infrastructure items. Nickle estimates to preform 60% of the project. The goal of the owner is to have it be a "Turn-Key" Project. We are now in the process of value engineering to get the final budget and have reduced costs, to date, of nearly 10% on a 3.5+ million dollar project.
